Delete your HitchBalance data

HitchBalance, published by RealClientAI LLC, has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Everything the app knows lives on your phone, and you can delete it yourself in under a minute.

Delete everything in the app

1. Open HitchBalance.
2. Go to Settings → Reset to blank.
3. Confirm once. Your schedule, PTO ledger, pay settings, expenses and preferences are erased from the device.

Deleting the app from your phone does the same thing.

Delete part of your data

Delete a single entry, such as a day mark, an expense or a trip, from the screen where it appears.

Web version

In your browser's settings, clear the site data for hitchbalance.app. That removes everything the web version stored on your device.

Partner snapshot

The person you shared with deletes it on their phone with Settings → Reset to blank, or by deleting the app.

Backups and exports

Delete the backup, calendar or CSV files wherever you saved or sent them. We do not have copies.

Anything we hold

The only personal information we ever hold is the email you send us for support. To have it deleted, email support@hitchbalance.com from the same address with the subject "Delete my data", or use the form on the Support page and tick "Delete my data". We delete it and confirm by email. After that we keep nothing, except a record of the request itself where the law requires one.
